The IL Cares Foundation donated 1000 Rolls of Ice and Water Seal, 1000 Tarps and 100 Generators to N.E.M.A to assist in the recovery efforts for those severely affected by Hurricane Matthew! The IL Cares Foundation continues to serve and assist communities and directly affect those with the greatest needs!
